IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
The performance at Lochside Community Centre is accessible for those with mobility issues; however as the other performance takes place in the District Court it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. If you have any questions or concerns before the event please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.​

WHEN DO I ARRIVE FOR THE PERFORMANCE?
You can arrive up to approximately 30 mins before the screening is due to begin.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Nothing! If you want to bring things to make your experience more comfortable or some more snacks then please feel free!

ARE THERE TOILETS ON SITE?
There are basic toilets cubicles on site with a one way system for access. These toilets will be cleaned on a regular basis by our team. We ask that if you are able to, please go to the toilet before you come along. In the interests of safety we want to reduce the number of audience members accessing toilets; however facilities will be available should you need them.

IS THE EVENT SUITABLE FOR KIDS
The performance deals with violent themes such as torture and execution. Although there is no gore, some scenes represent this violence. Parent discretion is advised, although we would suggest that the performance is for audiences 12 years+

CAN I BRING MY PET?
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted.

CAN I BUY TICKETS FOR MULTIPLE PERFORMANCES?
You can come to as many performances as you want! Just tell our team how many performances you're going to that day so we can seat you accordingly.

I CAN'T MAKE THE PERFORMANCE. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Tickets are free, although we would appreciate you letting us know in advance if you can't make it, as your ticket could be offered to someone else.

WHAT IF THE EVENT CANNOT GO AHEAD DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS?
If government guidelines at the time of the event mean it would not be safe to go ahead, we will either cancel or rearrange the event. Customers will have the opportunity to transfer their existing ticket to the next available date for the performance that they booked a ticket for.
